    anyone there can help me to advise and gave me some tips how i should eat the oats, cause im vegetarian and right now i will only take during my dinner mixed with indian manggo pickles or any other vegetable pickles which i need some hot and spicy. i have loss my weight from 82 kg to 73kg in 3 months after i start eating the oats.
